Allen devoted multiple paragraphs to ridiculing the agency tasked with stopping him: 'If I was an Iranian agent, instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a damn Ma Deuce in here and no one would have noticed.' (A Ma Deuce is the M2 .50-caliber machine gun.) He called the lapse 'actually insane.'

The most-screenshotted line from Cole Allen's manifesto isn't his Trump indictment, his religious justification, or his sign-off. It's a sneer at the Secret Service.
"If I was an Iranian agent, instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a damn Ma Deuce in here and no one would have noticed s***t." A Ma Deuce is the M2 Browning machine gun — a tripod-mounted .50-caliber crew weapon. Bringing one through a hotel lobby is physically possible only as a hyperbolic example. That's the point. Allen was saying the security wasn't even good enough to stop the absurd version.
Earlier in the same passage: "I expected security cameras at every bend, bugged hotel rooms, armed agents every 10 feet, metal detectors out the wazoo. What I got is nothing. No damn security." Allen's apparent surprise reads as performative — he wrote the line knowing he was the one exploiting that gap.
Allen closed the section with a line that has been read multiple ways: "this level of incompetence is insane, and I very sincerely hope it's corrected by the time this country gets actually competent leadership." Read literally, he framed his attack as a gift — a published exploit dropped for the next administration.
